Job description

This role would suit a candidate who enjoys product development, and is interested in working on projects where you can deliver several products a year to customers, from start to finish.

You will be working in a new product development teams, working alongside firmware and mechanical engineers to deliver secure communication products that enhance national security and are used all over the world. You will be working on both analog and digital designs, and will have a track record in filter design. You will also be mentoring junior engineers, working with customers, and providing technical leadership on projects.

They operate a hybrid working model, with 3 day a week on site in Columbia. The base salary for this role is in the region of $160k – $200k dependent on experience, with 401k and comprehensive health coverage on top.
