Job summary

MBS Professional Staffing is seeking Electrical Engineers to work on innovative products. You will contribute to analog and digital design, high-speed interfaces, and hardware development, taking concepts through production and supporting customers.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering, with 9+ years of related experience and a graduate degree preferred. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical interface to customers.

• Mentor electrical engineering staff.

We are looking for talented Electrical Engineers with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Analog & Digital Design: Design and development using fundamental analog building blocks, including differential amplifiers, op amps, LDOs, filters, and data converters.
• PCB & Schematic Design: Schematic capture and PCB layout using industry-standard tools such as Altium, PADS, and similar platforms.
• High-Speed Design: Design and development of high-speed transceivers and interfaces for connecting devices and systems.
• Hardware Development: Bring designs from concept through schematic, layout, prototype, testing, and production.

General: Act as primary technical interface to customers. Provide inputs (material and labor estimates) for Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Generate Engineering Orders (EOs) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs). Mentor electrical engineering staff. Ability to obtain a Secret clearance (US Citizen)
