You will lead across power distribution, cooling, and building automation, partnering with multiple teams to ensure reliability and scalability. Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in data center or mission‑critical engineering, a bachelor's degree in engineering, and a proven track record in controlling complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
• 6+ years of data center design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance experience.
• 6+ years of industrial or commercial engineering in mission critical facilities including but not limited to data centers, power generation or oil and gas facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of electrical control systems for power distribution, cooling, and building automation.
• Integrate control systems with infrastructure equipment and monitoring platforms.
• Maintain and optimize existing control systems across the data center portfolio.
• Develop technical specifications, standards, and best practices for electrical controls.
• Troubleshoot complex control system issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Partner with Controls Design Engineering, Data Center Delivery, Field Engineering, and Commissioning teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and field technicians.
• Drive automation initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
