The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering, PLC programming skills, and experience with MATLAB/Simulink, ETAP, SCADA, and related tools. Travel may be required; onsite work is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science from an ABET‑accredited university.
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, ETAP, SKM, SCADA or similar.
• Ability to create/read logic diagrams and schematics for design, simulation and testing.
• Experience in power systems, energy management, energy storage, microgrids, ESG is desirable.
• Ability to work with multiple engineering disciplines and communicate across teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in PLC programming and higher-level languages (C++, C#, Java, Python).
• Ability to analyze field problems and support field service with hardware/software solutions.

Aufgaben

• Lead engineering projects from inception to completion within schedule and budget.
• Design and implement an operational plan; monitor progress and resolve delays.
• Prepare engineering designs, work specifications, schedules, and material/equipment lists.
• Coordinate with operations and other engineering groups to secure resources.
• Conduct meetings and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
• Provide after-hours and weekend support when required.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed for projects.
