Job summary

Everus Construction Group, Inc. seeks an Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction activities on assigned projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, schedule adherence, and budget compliance.

You will lead foremen, subcontractors, and field personnel, coordinating resources to maximize productivity. The role requires a Journeyman license, 4+ years in electrical construction, and strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and construction documents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Valid Journeyman Electrician license required; Master Electrician license preferred where applicable.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive electrical construction experience, including supervisory and project leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision of electrical construction activities on assigned projects.
• Coordinate foremen, supervisors, subcontractors, and field personnel to achieve project objectives.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily and long-term project operations to meet safety, schedule and budget targets.
• Review project plans, specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure proper execution of work.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor progress and address delays, quality concerns, or resource constraints.
• Ensure NEC and OSHA compliance and local requirements; conduct site inspections for safety and quality.
• Mentor and develop foremen and field personnel; participate in hiring and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, inspectors, and other trades to maintain relationships and resolve issues.
• Contribute to preconstruction planning, startup, commissioning, and project closeout.
