Job summary

Everus Construction Group, Inc. seeks an Electrical Superintendent to oversee all electrical construction activities on assigned projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, schedule adherence, and budget compliance.

This role requires strong leadership of multiple crews and coordination with field personnel and subcontractors. Minimum qualifications include a Journeyman license, 4+ years of electrical construction leadership, and a solid understanding of NEC and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Journeyman Electrician license required; Master Electrician license preferred where applicable.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive electrical construction experience, including supervisory and project leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and supervision of electrical construction activities on assigned projects.
• Manage and coordinate electrical foremen, supervisors, subcontractors, and field personnel to achieve project objectives.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily and long-term project operations to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Review project plans, specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure proper execution of work.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractor resources to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address schedule delays, quality concerns, or resource constraints.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC, OSHA, and local requirements.
• Conduct safety meetings and promote a culture of safety across project activities.
• Mentor, coach, and develop foremen and field personnel to strengthen leadership and technical capabilities.
• Participate in hiring, workforce planning, and performance evaluations as needed.
