Job summary

System One is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial electrical construction projects in a direct-hire, onsite role in Cayce, SC. You will manage preconstruction through completion, develop budgets, review plans, and coordinate crews and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of multimillion-dollar project experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a Master Electrician certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years managing multimillion-dollar commercial electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical construction and field experience.
• Proven experience estimating and bidding electrical projects.
• Experience managing multiple crews, schedules, budgets, and material requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Prepare accurate estimates, bids, proposals, and project budgets.
• Review plans, specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
• Oversee multiple electrical crews on multimillion-dollar projects.
• Coordinate field operations, manpower, subcontractors, and resources.
• Develop workflows, installation sequences, and project schedules.
• Monitor progress, costs, material usage, deadlines, and quality.
• Manage procurement, requisitions, deliveries, and jobsite needs.
• Communicate with clients, general contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Review changes to scope and ensure compliance with specs and codes.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a strong safety culture.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.
