Job summary

Strong licensing and PM skills are essential to drive projects from planning through completion.

Qualifications

• Excellent experience in electrical construction and 7+ years in PM roles.
• Maintains CT journeyman or master electrical license(s).
• Strong leadership, communication and budgeting abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership for project teams and meet milestones.
• Manage all aspects of multiple related projects towards strategic objectives.
• Develop and manage project estimates, plans, and resource needs.
• Coordinate with supervisors and vendors to review labor hours and costs.
• Monitor quality, safety, schedule, and budget throughout projects.
• Report status to Vice President of Construction and leadership.
