P&E Constructors is an employee-owned electrical and mechanical contractor delivering large capital projects with a steadfast focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction. The Senior Project Manager will own the remaining electrical scope of a fuel storage upgrade at Denver International Airport, overseeing systems for tanks, valves, and related infrastructure through completion.

The role requires leading execution, schedule performance, cost control, change management, and handover

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction project management experience on industrial, energy, aviation, or large-scale commercial projects.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-million-dollar electrical scopes.
• Ability to take over in-progress projects and stabilize schedule, cost, and documentation.
• Experience managing lower-tier subcontractors on self-perform projects.
• Advanced knowledge of structured project delivery including schedules, cost control, docs, and HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assume ownership of the active project by reviewing subcontract, contract abstracts, and change orders.
• Validate Primavera P6 forecast against field progress and plan completion paths for remaining scope.
• Manage Procore change log, RFIs, submittals, and document control.
• Review costs by code, forecast completion, and communicate risks to leadership.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead project reporting on safety, schedule, budget, RFIs, and turnover.
