Job summary

Insight Global is partnering with a leading construction organization to hire a Construction Manager - Electrical Systems II for a major high-tech manufacturing project in Boise, Idaho. This multi-billion-dollar project is one of the most significant industrial construction efforts currently underway and is expected to extend through 2028.

We are seeking a highly experienced construction professional with a strong electrical background to lead planning, coordination, and execution efforts across

Qualifications

• 7+ years CM experience on large-scale/high-tech projects.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70, IEEE standards.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6.
• Background in subcontractor management and pre-construction planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks.
• Experience managing electrical contractors in power distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction planning: procurement, subcontractors, bids, scope development.
• Review docs and drawings for alignment of requirements and trade responsibilities.
• Manage project docs, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and communications.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and regulators.
• Facilitate startup meetings and large coordination meetings.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and schedule performance.
• Support commissioning and final turnover.
• Drive issue resolution and maintain project momentum.
