Job summary

ExcelServices is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Foreman to lead field crews in Louisville, KY. You will read prints, organize jobs, lay out work, and install EMT, PVC, and rigid conduit while ensuring quality and safety on commercial electrical installations.

You will guide wiring terminations, panels and gear installations, troubleshoot systems, and coordinate manpower and materials with project leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial and/or industrial electrical construction experience.
• Leading electrical construction crews.
• Reading blueprints and specifications.
• Layout and job planning.
• Bending and installing EMT, PVC and rigid conduit.
• Wire pulling and terminations.
• Panels, switchgear and electrical equipment installation.
• Troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Coordinating manpower, materials and field activities.
• Maintaining productivity, quality and safety expectations.
• Communicating effectively with Superintendents and project leadership.
• Training and developing electricians and apprentices.
• Taking ownership and holding the crew accountable.

COMPENSATION

$42–$48/hourbasedonqualificationsandexperience.
