Job summary

Westfalia Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Commissioning Electrical Lead to drive electrical commissioning quality on active job sites.

You will audit installations, troubleshoot systems, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with project teams to secure safe, timely startup and deployment of automated systems. The role requires extensive field work, strong leadership, and the ability to work in fast-paced construction environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years industrial electrical experience with supervisory/quality control/commissioning responsibilities.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Experience with automated/material handling systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical commissioning activities: system verification, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Audit installations against schematics/drawings/specifications for quality/compliance.
• Identify and communicate installation deficiencies and corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot electrical/control issues using schematics, meters, and PLC interfaces.
• Review schedules; provide feedback on readiness, risks, and sequencing.
