Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Senior Staff Electrical Engineer, Electrical Assembly to oversee end-to-end manufacturing and electrical integration of large-scale data center generators and enclosures.

You will lead a team of electrical assembly technicians, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement. Onsite work starts in Kenosha, WI, then main location at Mosel, Sheboygan, WI, 53083.

Qualifications

• Experience with UL 508A, NFPA 70 (NEC), and NFPA 79 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Standards Adherence: Ensure enclosure wiring and industrial control panels comply with UL 508A, NFPA 70 NEC, and NFPA 79 standards.
• Quality Auditing: Perform point-to-point wiring inspections and verify crimp/solder integrity according to IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
• Testing Oversight: Supervise FAT including continuity, insulation resistance (megger), and ground-bond testing.
• Documentation: Review and sign off on production redlines and ensure as-built docs reflect final assembly.
• Team Leadership & Personnel Management: Train staff on complex wiring methods, tool usage, and blueprint reading; enforce safety leadership.
