Job summary

Timesavers LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler for industrial machinery in Maple Grove, MN. The role requires extensive field wiring and assembly of large equipment, with a strong emphasis on quality and safety.

The candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience, be able to read electrical schematics, and work independently to complete complex builds. This full-time position involves physically demanding tasks and collaboration with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of hands-on electrical assembly and field wiring on large industrial equipment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
• Experience wiring and assembling custom industrial machinery or OEM capital equipment in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete electrical assembly and field wiring of large industrial machinery and capital equipment.
• Read and follow electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.
• Install motors, sensors, control panels, VFDs, relays, switches, PLC I/O devices, and other components.
• Terminate and route wiring per specifications and standards.
• Conduct wiring checks and electrical verification testing.
• Verify assemblies meet engineering specs before startup.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist with startup, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
