Job summary

Timesavers LLC in Maple Grove, MN is seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role focuses on wiring and assembling large industrial capital equipment, requiring hands-on field wiring and the ability to read electrical schematics.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience, can work independently with minimal supervision, and is committed to safety and quality while supporting startup and commissioning activities on custom machinery.

Qualifications

• Three years of electrical assembly and field wiring experience.
• Knowledge of electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
• Experience with large industrial machinery and OEM equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete electrical assembly and field wiring of large industrial machinery.
• Read and follow schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
• Install and terminate motors, sensors, VFDs, relays, PLC I/O devices.
• Route and secure wiring per specs and standards.
• Test electrical assemblies and verify specs before startup.
• Troubleshoot issues and support startup and commissioning.
• Ensure safety and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Mechanical teams to resolve challenges.
