Job summary

Airswift seeks a senior engineering leader to shape the electrical engineering discipline within an energy technology organization. You will report to the senior engineering leadership team and serve as the primary authority for electrical engineering matters, driving architecture development and technology deployment in operational environments.

This role emphasizes product engineering, integrated system development, and first‑of‑a‑kind technology advancement rather than traditional site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• About 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience in electrical engineering applications and safety-critical industries.
• Proven leadership of technically challenging initiatives and teams.
• Background working in regulated environments such as nuclear sectors.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and engineering judgment skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical oversight for electrical engineering efforts in product development, integration and deployment.
• Develop, define, and guide electrical architectures, specifications and performance expectations for complex systems.
• Support design and integration of AC and DC power networks focused on reliability, efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate electrical interfaces across equipment, subsystems and multidisciplinary teams.
