Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of experience in the field.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems is required.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for factory visits, customer sites, and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sale electrical engineering support to internal sales teams and external customers.
• Develop and review electrical system designs for HVAC chiller applications (power distribution layouts, one-line diagrams, control schematics).
• Apply NEC, UL, and regulatory codes to ensure compliant solutions.
• Perform electrical calculations (ampacity, overcurrent protection, sizing).
• Support motor control systems including VFDs and soft starters; collaborate with other engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot field electrical issues, commissioning challenges, and compliance questions.
• Develop technical documentation, standards, and application tools; provide training and guidance.
