Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager (Finance) to lead and execute strategic sourcing for capital construction projects. You will partner with procurement leadership, project teams, and engineering to plan, source, and negotiate complex electrical capital delivery work.

The role emphasizes governance, bid execution, and process improvements to scale procurement for a growing program. Excellent collaboration across legal, finance, safety, and project management is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and contract management.
• Experience supporting construction sourcing, infrastructure procurement, energy projects, EPC/EPCM environments.
• Ability to develop RFPs, RFQs, bid packages, pricing schedules, evaluation models, and award materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support sourcing events for capital construction work.
• Develop sourcing event plans, bid calendars, procurement trackers, milestone schedules.
• Support development of RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, bid forms, pricing schedules, and award packages.
• Ensure sourcing events are released to market with clear scopes, requirements, and governance.
• Coordinate supplier questions, bid clarifications, addenda, and negotiation preparation.
• Identify and escalate bid execution risks and drive activity to timelines with governance.
• Advise on sourcing strategies and commercial models for construction work.
• Apply total cost of ownership thinking to procurement decisions.
