Job summary

Association of National Advertisers (ANA) MTDC team in New York seeks an experienced eLearning Instructional Designer and Developer to design and develop interactive courses using Storyline 360, Rise, and AI-enabled tools. You will create storyboards, multimedia assets, and assessments, collaborate with subject matter experts, and publish courses on the LMS.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years in eLearning; a collaborative, results‑oriented environment and a strong portfolio are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5–7 years designing eLearning materials with subject matter experts
• Expertise applying adult learning theories to eLearning
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and general Office tools
• Multimedia design and audio/video development capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive eLearning courses using Storyline 360, Rise, and AI-enabled tools
• Create storyboards, scripts, and assessments for engaging learning experiences
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and course developers
• QA and test courses before release and publish on the LMS
• Maintain organized project documentation and support member inquiries
