ABSC is seeking an Elasticsearch Engineer to enhance the DIA-NMEC DOMEX Data Discovery Platform. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing Elasticsearch clusters while collaborating with cross-functional teams in Bethesda, MD.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience or a Master's degree. Benefits include generous PTO, 401k retirement plans, and career development funds.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience or Master’s with 1-2 years as an Elasticsearch Engineer.
• Strong expertise in Elasticsearch cluster design.
• Proficiency in Elasticsearch query DSL and optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage Elasticsearch clusters for data indexing.
• Optimize performance and monitor cluster health.
• Implement security for Elasticsearch systems.
