Absolute Business Solutions Corp (ABSC) seeks a mission-driven Senior Data Engineer to join our high-impact team at the Bethesda, MD client site. You will design and optimize data pipelines, Elasticsearch indices, and a graph data store to enable advanced analytics and AI/ML workloads in a secure environment.

You’ll work with data scientists, software engineers, and infrastructure teams, with some remote tasks depending on client needs. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph readiness is required.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph willingness.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience with advanced data engineering.
• Experience designing scalable data platforms for OSINT/analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable data management solutions for analytics and AI/ML workloads.
• Build and maintain Elasticsearch indices and graph data stores for large hierarchical datasets.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and AI/ML engineers to manage data lifecycle and quality.
