Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking an experienced EI&C Engineer to lead the electrical, instrumentation, and controls design for water treatment projects. You will develop single-line diagrams, I/O lists, and control philosophies, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support commissioning, FATs, and customer requirements. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, at least 5 years in complex industrial control system design,

Qualifications

• Experience with complex industrial control system design.
• Ability to interpret engineering documents and standards.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering documents and specifications.
• Design complete electrical and process control systems for water treatment facilities.
• Prepare FAT/CVT checks and commissioning support.
• Develop automation deliverables including test plans and network design.
• Manage project budget, scope and schedule, report risks.
