Job summary

Magnera Corporation is seeking a seasoned EHS leader to manage the facility's environmental, health, safety and sustainability programs. You will drive risk assessments, lead incidents investigations, and coordinate training to uphold OSHA/EPA compliance and corporate safety standards.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years in an EHS role, with CSP/six sigma credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an EHS& S role, preferably in a management position.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA laws, standards and regulations governing manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety improvement processes and ensure compliance with company policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate and implement environmental, health, safety and sustainability programs.
• Conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
