Job summary

TCWGlobal in Santa Clara is seeking a Senior EHS Specialist for an onsite W2 contract role. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations and manage environmental and safety programs.

Responsibilities include leading air quality, water discharge, storm water, waste management, and occupational safety and industrial hygiene initiatives; you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support audits and regulatory inspections to keep site operations safe and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of progressive EHS experience in a corporate, tech, R&D, or manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of Cal/OSHA, EPA, Cal EPA, and Bay Area environmental and safety regulations.
• Experience with EHS management systems and compliance tracking tools.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Nice to have: CSP, CIH, REHS, or CHMM certification.

• Support internal audits and respond to regulatory agency inspections
