Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum 3 years of manager of people experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) within a manufacturing environment.
• Immigration sponsorship is not provided for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain EPA and OSHA compliance for the facility.
• Administer Safety and Environmental program per corporate guidelines.
• Maintain Safety Council and safe, healthy workplace.
• Partner with OPEX and Operations to drive CI for Everyone.
• Provide Safety and Environmental training to employees.
• Prepare and submit Environmental Permits and reports.
• Administer MESH program and promote proactive safety culture.
• Coordinate plant security and loss control efforts.
• Engage employees to improve safety programs and reporting.
