Job summary

Terracon is seeking an experienced Senior EHS Manager - Regional Service Line to lead environmental, health, and safety efforts across the Gulf Coast Division, spanning LA, AL, MS, GA, and TN. This leadership role focuses on mentoring staff, growing EHS practices, and delivering client-ready assessments and plans.

The position requires a strong technical background, project management skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in a full-time consulting role.
• Strong technical writing ability and excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel/Word and valid driver’s license; positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop EHS growth plans for the Gulf Coast Division.
• Lead projects and staff to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Develop client relationships and support regional and national pursuits.
• Prepare calculations, plans, reports, proposals, and other deliverables.
• Promote safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance for clients.
