Job summary

Terracon is seeking an experienced Senior EHS Manager - Regional Service Line to lead environmental, health, and safety efforts in the Gulf Coast Division. The role supports staff and clients across the Gulf Coast region, including Georgia.

You will mentor staff, build EHS practices, manage projects, and develop client relationships while delivering high-quality reports and deliverables. You will work with EHS team members nationwide to expand capabilities and ensure compliance with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years in a full-time consulting role.
• Strong technical writing ability.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel and Word.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable history.
• 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER and 8-Hr refresher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess EHS staff capabilities across the Division.
• Develop EHS Growth Plans with Operational Leadership.
• Collaborate with Client Development and technical staff to implement plans.
• Prepare calculations, applications, plans, reports, and proposals.
• Manage projects and staff to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Build relationships with clients and pursue opportunities.
• Develop local/regional marketing strategies.
• Support safety initiatives to enforce rules and guidelines.
• Identify problems and craft practical regulatory solutions.
