Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions seeks an Environmental/Health/Safety (EHS) Manager to lead the contractor's EHS program on a CONUS military installation. The role emphasizes proactive safety culture, regulatory compliance, and risk-based decision making to support mission readiness and site operations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s in a related field, 4+ years of supervision experience, and certifications (OSHA 511, EM 385-1-1, HAZWOPER).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
• Minimum of four (4) years supervising environmental or occupational safety programs.
• Experience supporting industrial, facilities maintenance, construction, or Government operations.
• Experience implementing safety and environmental compliance programs.
• OSHA 511 General Industry Certification.
• USACE EM 385-1-1 Certification.
• HAZWOPER 40 Certification.
• ESH reporting and tracking systems.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain any Government-required security clearance or installation access.
