Job summary

Shaw Industries in Aiken, SC is seeking a Sr. EHS Manager to lead loss prevention, safety and environmental initiatives at Plant 78 onsite. The role ensures compliance with local, state and federal laws while developing the Shaw SAFE System and Environmental Handbook.

You will mentor EHS teams, coordinate with HR and Nursing on workers' compensation, lead audits, and act as a consultant on regulatory and risk matters to drive continuous improvement across facilities.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a related field.
• 3 years of EHS management experience.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and maintain EHS programs and handbooks.
• Coach and mentor EHS teams at Plant 78.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Lead audits and prepare detailed reports with findings.
• Collaborate with HR on Workers' Comp case management.
