Job summary

ASML is seeking a Senior EHS Specialist at the San Diego site to advance environmental, health, and safety performance across our high-tech manufacturing and engineering operations.

You will translate global and regulatory standards into practical solutions, lead EHS initiatives, manage incident and compliance programs, and develop training and dashboards in myEHS to support a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the EHS field with progressive roles and responsibilities.
• Experience with Cal/OSHA Title 8 Safety and Health regulations in General Industry and ANSI standards.
• Ability to work effectively within a large, cross-functional team and translate policies into business actions.
• Proven experience managing large, complex EHS projects and advising management.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and provide expert guidance across EHS topics including incident management and compliance.
• Manage established EHS processes for the assigned factory or location.
• Lead sector project teams to improve EHS processes and deliver large projects.
• Advise business managers on EHS content and translate policies into effective solutions.
