Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager in Franklin, IN to lead a comprehensive safety program across operations. You will drive safety culture, leverage data analytics, and partner with Operations to reduce risk and improve productivity.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to influence site leaders, and experience managing WHS programs, audits, and training. The position emphasizes continuous improvement and effective risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in EHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management.

Responsabilités

• Lead safety leadership and strategic initiatives to improve culture and prevent incidents.
• Partner with Operations leadership to integrate WHS into daily operations and influence decision-making.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and transform safety data into actionable strategies.
• Build and develop a high-performing WHS team and foster continuous improvement.
