Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in EHS management, engineering, or related technical field.
• 10–15 years of site operations experience.
• 5+ years of leadership and people management in industrial settings.
• Experience in chemical/petrochemical industries.
• Expertise in process safety, environmental, industrial hygiene and safety programs.
• Knowledge of process safety risk analysis.
• Proactive leadership and team building.
• Strong communication and ability to influence across levels.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of EHS and sustainability strategy for the site.
• Manage site EHS and stewardship programs and audits.
• Coach and develop EHS team; engage with unit teams to drive performance.
• Drive continuous improvement aligned with Human Organizational Performance (HOP).
• Ensure regulatory compliance and build goodwill with communities.
• Develop and monitor EHS metrics and leading indicators.
• Coordinate site audits and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee incident management and emergency response obligations.
