Job summary

Haleon plc. seeks a Senior EHS Generalist to lead the environmental, health, and safety program on site. You will develop and maintain effective management systems, provide technical advice to site leadership, and promote top-level EHS performance.

You will ensure regulatory and Haleon standards are met, manage the EHS budget, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, HR, and shared services to integrate EHS into site strategy. A strong safety culture and incident investigations are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, and/or Occupational Safety.
• Experience in managing EHS risks in FMCG/pharma or related high-hazard sector.
• At least 5 years’ experience in the EHS field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor & report EHS performance and share lessons across sites.
• Ensure EHS objectives align with corporate plans.
• Investigate accidents and high-potential incidents to implement corrective actions.
• Lead risk assessments and human factors considerations in design.
• Manage EHS budget and resources.
• Drive safety culture and behavioural safety.
• Ensure compliance with Haleon policies, standards and QMS.
