Job summary

Trak Staffing Services, Inc seeks an experienced Staff Safety Lead to oversee Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across multiple facilities in Cincinnati. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 7+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing EHS programs across multiple facilities or locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, programs, procedures, and standards across company facilities.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain required OSHA records and reporting, including Forms 300, 300A, and 301.
• Lead investigations of workplace incidents, injuries, near misses, and safety concerns.
• Develop and oversee corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.
• Monitor regulatory developments and help ensure programs remain aligned with changing requirements.
