Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Corporate Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Professional to drive EHS culture, compliance, and performance across multiple manufacturing locations. The role partners with corporate leadership and site EHS teams to develop and standardize programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other regulatory and corporate requirements.

The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership presence, and the ability to influence at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of EHS experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within North America and internationally.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to drive EHS goals.
• Standardize, improve, and implement EHS programs with site teams.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs (PPE, ER, Hazard Communication).
• Lead or facilitate EHS incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Support audits and ISO 14001/45001 certification activities.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess business impact.
• Serve as EHS liaison with regulators, legal, and internal partners.
