Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Corporate Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Professional based in Peachtree Corners, GA or Grand Prairie, TX. This role drives EHS culture, compliance, and performance across manufacturing locations, partnering with corporate leadership and site EHS teams to standardize programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or related field.
10+ years of EHS experience in industrial manufacturing with leadership and influence.
Working knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to achieve Siemens’ EHS goals and initiatives.
Collaborate with Site EHS Managers and Corporate EHS teams to standardize, improve, and implement EHS programs.
Partner with site EHS and training teams to develop, update, and deliver EHS training programs (PPE, Emergency Response, Hazard Communication, NFPA 70E).
Lead or facilitate EHS incident investigations, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Support internal and external EHS audits, including ISO 14001/45001 certification activities.
Maintain knowledge of applicable EHS regulations including OSHA, EPA, RCRA, DOT, CWA, TSCA, TRI, and NFPA 70E.
Monitor changes to federal, state, and local environmental and occupational safety regulations and assess business impacts.
Serve as EHS liaison with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders.
