Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Sr. Manager, Health, Safety & Environment to lead enterprise-wide HSE programs and governance for a major client. You will shape policies, standards, and best practices to promote safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental stewardship across a global portfolio.

You will partner with stakeholders and leadership to design scalable programs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental outcomes in a complex services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5–8 years in HSE, risk management, compliance, or related fields.
• Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, OSHA or equivalent.
• Experience developing and managing enterprise-wide HSE programs across complex, multi-site/global organizations.
• Experience supporting global operations and driving consistent HSE program execution across geographies.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver HSE training, awareness initiatives, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance global HSE policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Lead design, rollout, and improvement of HSE initiatives including safety and environmental programs.
• Create standardized procedures, playbooks, and training to ensure consistent execution.
• Travel 30–40% domestically and internationally for program implementation and audits.
• Monitor risks and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and action plans.
• Establish HSE metrics, dashboards, and reporting; analyze data to identify trends.
