Qualifications

• 5+ years influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions.
• 5+ years leading or managing a team in a multi-skill discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with site leadership to ensure EHS strategies are embedded.
• Develop programs for injury prevention and environmental excellence.
• Drive compliance with legal and Boeing requirements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to EHS managers and staff.
• Identify and drive key EHS initiatives and integrated action plans.
