Job summary

GenScript/ProBio seeks a (Sr.) EHS Manager to lead and improve its EHS program at their New Jersey site. The role focuses on regulatory compliance and fostering a strong safety culture within a biotech setting.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of EHS experience, particularly in biotech or regulated environments, and will implement EHS policies while conducting risk assessments and incident investigations. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of EHS experience in biotech/pharma/CDMO or similar regulated environment.
• Experience with biologics or viral vector operations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, RCRA, and basic CAA/CWA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the site EHS Management System in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Develop, maintain, and implement EHS policies and procedures.
• Lead EHS risk assessments and analyze incidents.
