Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a Senior EHS Operations Partner in McKinney, TX to drive a world-class safety culture on the shop floor. You will work with site leaders to embed ownership for Environment, Health & Safety, report to the Safety Manager, and support audits and regulatory compliance.

You will lead EHS training, perform risk assessments, develop LOTO procedures, and coordinate incident investigations, ensuring continuous improvement in safety performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Manufacturing, Environmental, or related field; equivalent direct HSE experience may substitute.
• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing preferred.
• ASP, GSP, CSP, CHST, or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical safety and health support to site Operations.
• Coordinate and deliver EHS training programs for employees.
• Develop and execute the site safety improvement plan.
• Perform risk assessments and implement controls to protect workers.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, and training to develop LOTO and standard work instructions.
• Manage workplace injuries and near misses; lead investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Engage in internal and external HSE audits and regulatory inspections.
• Support light environmental tasks like waste inspections and spill cleanup.
