Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years leading EHS in manufacturing or aerospace contexts.
• Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Experience implementing EHS management systems and continuous improvement.
• Proven incident investigation and corrective action experience.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Carson City EHS program and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and coach leaders.
• Oversee audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Manage permits, waste and air program compliance.
• Lead the EHS staff and contractors; promote safety culture.
• Collaborate with engineering, facilities and HR on changes.
