Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in manufacturing or aerospace environments.
• Strong knowledge of environmental, health, safety regulations and compliance.
• Experience implementing and maintaining EHS management systems and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, compliance, and continuous improvement of the Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Management System.
• Conduct EHS assessments and identify opportunities to improve safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs with technical guidance to leaders and employees.
• Lead investigations of high-risk incidents and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company EHS requirements and standards.
• Manage environmental programs including permits, waste management, and regulatory reporting.
• Serve as EHS subject matter expert and champion use of EHS systems and metrics.
• Partner with site leadership to set annual EHS objectives and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, facilities, operations, and HR to integrate safety and environmental requirements.
• Support industrial hygiene, medical management, return-to-work, sustainability, site security, and business continuity initiatives.
• Lead the site's EHS Committee and promote employee engagement.
