Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced EHS professional to lead hazard prevention and compliance across the Andover site. You will evaluate conditions, promote safe behaviors, and collaborate with experts to meet federal, state, and company requirements.

Responsibilities include auditing policies, investigating injuries, and driving corrective actions while interacting with employees and guiding safety improvements across assigned areas.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of relevant work, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience in EHS/HS and safety management.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Recognize, evaluate, and control hazardous workplace conditions.
• Promote safe behaviors and support site employees' health.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company EHS requirements.
• Lead initiatives, programs, reports, and trainings across EH&S disciplines.
• Audit policies and documents for regulatory compliance.
• Investigate injuries and near-misses and track corrective actions.
• Engage with employees and act as a site resource for tasks.
