Ardmore Home Design, Inc. is seeking an EHS & Facilities Manager to lead safety programs across warehouse, production, and office environments.

You will serve as the subject matter expert on workplace safety, ensuring OSHA compliance while supporting facilities operations and projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and excels in cross-functional collaboration, leading a team and partnering with department leaders to improve safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in workplace safety and facilities.
• Experience leading or supervising employees.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety requirements.
• Experience in warehouse/manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
