Coherent Corp. in Easton, PA and Hillsborough, NJ is seeking an experienced, self-motivated EHS professional to plan, implement and coordinate Garnet operations EHS programs and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires 4+ years in EHS, a four-year engineering or safety degree, strong regulatory knowledge in PA/NJ, and hands-on experience with risk assessments, audits, training, and emergency response. Travel up to 25% between sites is expected.

Qualificações

• Four-year safety/engineering degree preferred.
• 4+ years of EHS experience and regulatory knowledge for PA/NJ.
• Experience with risk assessments and audits is required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, implement and coordinate Garnet EHS programs and policies.
• Conduct internal audits, root cause analyses and track corrective actions.
• Maintain EHS records, SDS files and safety management systems.
• Perform industrial hygiene sampling, ergonomic analyses and PHAs.
• Lead or participate in ERT exercises and facility drills.
• Coordinate training and onboarding for new employees; travel up to 25%.
