Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG), a part of RPM International, seeks an EHS Manager to develop and implement Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security programs ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with CPG EHS&S standards. The role involves leading audits, policy development, and corporate collaboration across North America.

Travel across North America up to 25% is required. A bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences and formal health and safety training are essential, with CSP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences (Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or Safety Sciences) required.
• 4–10 years' experience in compliance and regulatory policy in a materials processing environment.
• Formal training in occupational health and safety is a must.
• CSP certification (Certified Safety Professional) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and communicates standards of EHS&S code of conduct and mitigates exposure to hazardous conditions.
• Leads the development and implementation of regulatory compliance programs in health, safety, environmental, and product compliance areas.
• Interprets regulations and develops compliant standards for Tremco CPG.
• Conducts EHS&S audits and recommends program improvements.
• Represents CPG with professional organizations and regulatory bodies.
• Serves as primary contact for EHS&S staff and operations.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of EHS&S regulations and best practices.
• Develops enterprise-wide programs for EHS&S compliance and training.
