Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in bioinformatics or related field with 7+ years of relevant post-degree experience.
• Master’s degree with 5+ years, or PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in at least one programming language and one statistical package (R preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide research support with an efficient analytical approach using available data.
• Deliver data files and document the analytical process.
• Contribute to manuscript preparation when projects conclude.
• Help establish protocols and best practices for common tasks.
• Evaluate and test new methods and technologies.
• Suggest automations to improve analysis.
• Collaborate on interdepartmental projects.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
