Job summary

U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency is seeking a seasoned EEO/EO advisor to oversee and interpret policy for agency programs, provide expert guidance on complaints, and ensure compliance with Title VII, ADA, and related orders. You will lead complex investigations and develop training to build organizational EO expertise.

The role requires extensive federal EEO experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to guide management through adjudication and policy implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience with federal EEO statutes, case law, and EEOC guidance.
• Knowledge of full lifecycle of EEO complaints and Reasonable Accommodations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Research trends and develop new methods before applying laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Provide expert advice to management on resolution and adjudication of equal employment complaints.
• Oversee and interpret policy intent for the agency's EEO/EO programs; define solutions.
• Lead complex EEO programs to ensure adherence to laws such as Title VII, ADA, and EO orders.
