Job summary

Anne Arundel County Public Schools is seeking an experienced Advisor Senior: EEO/ADA Compliance to serve as internal consultant and Title IX Coordinator within the Division of Human Resources at the Central Office in Annapolis, MD. You will plan, organize, and supervise Title IX and EEO/ADA Compliance functions, advise on discrimination laws, and lead investigations.

The role requires extensive knowledge of federal and state EEO laws, strong analytical ability, and the capacity to train staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in applicable field.
• Six years experience in EEO/ADA compliance.
• Three years experience in conducting employment-related investigations.

Responsibilities

• Manages complaints of discrimination and harassment from intake to resolution.
• Oversees ADA accommodation process and requests.
• Conducts investigations and prepares fact finding reports.
• Provides training on EEO, ADA, and harassment.
• Advises school principals and managers on equity issues.
