Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as an EEG technologist.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Registered EEG Technologist (R. EEG T.) registration with ABRET.
• Completion of a healthcare program in a clinical area (e.g., Medical Assistant, CNA).
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct various EEG examinations including basic EEGs, extended epilepsy monitoring, extended monitoring, and intraoperative monitoring.
• Perform evoked potentials and coordinate with physicians and staff for patient care.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory standards; communicate across departments.
